Hair Growth: Silica Complex

Hey guys, I know it's been a while but I have been sooo busy, my family has come over for "summer holidays in London" can you believe it??!! Well we did have 5 days of summer overall so can't complain! 

So today I really just wanted to share with you the progress of my hair over the past 2 and 1/5 months. I've been taking the Silica Complex vitamins for hair skin and nails for 2 months now, and found it to have great results combined with my hair routine.

I got these vitamins from Holland & Barret because mine were finished (tell you more about it later) so I wanted horsetail pills, as it is has proved to promote healthy hair growth. So the sales assistant recommended the Silica Complex which contains not only 500mg of horsetail (powerful), but it also contains silicon which improves hair elasticity.

Well this is the story, I trimmed my hair just 2 weeks before graduation, which was 19 July 2012. On the day of my graduation you can see that my hair is just below the neck line and last week when I took this picture, I noticed a difference of nearly 4 fingers down my neck line. Now isn't this great?!!
